Agent Builder UI Overhaul

The current agent builder is too small and also in a bad location on the right side of the screen (the right pane is kind of a mess with prompt, parameters, bookmarks and files too, but at least Agents should have a different builder UI).

Some of the more advanced settings should also be hidden by default (model temps, etc.). A larger (even full screen) agent builder would easier to work with, particularly for novice users. It could be a modal or a full screen a la ChatGPT Custom GPT Editor.

I would hide model settings details - maybe put a few non-technical settings like "More Creative / Balanced / More Precise" to control temp and so on. Then have an advanced section for Models where you can tweak it if you know what you're doing. Ditto for Code Interpreter, Actions, Tools and the like.

I am not a UX designer, but happy to collaborate with anybody who wants to take a stab at this.

There are some other similar requests in here but I don't see a call for an overhaul of the design. (see #5788 for a part).

Note there should be no backend code changes required - just an overhaul of the UI.

The design is already planned to be be overhauled, similar to how you are suggesting. It's not currently a priority, though.
