Alternate ways to view long filenames in the File Manager

The current File Manager views truncate the filename which works in most cases, but in the case of long file names in skinnier windows, it means the user cannot tell the difference between two similarly-named files.

Shortest suggestion: add the filename prop as a tooltip to the sidebar (and the Manage window)
