Can not see Agents Menu

I have just installed libreChat and getting familiar to it.
I can not see Agents menu or agent builder ( role is admin) while all settings seems to be correct. Does it come with Code Builder subscription?
when I run my backend I get following:
Outdated Config version: 1.2.1
Latest version: 1.2.5
but i can not find yaml version 1.2.5 on github.
In version 1.2.1 I can not also find settings for: modelSpecs
