Why does your YAML file differ a lot from the example?
My librechat.yaml works well.

How to configure Azure OpenAI GPT model

I don't use the Azure API now.
I know New-api supports the Azure API. My configuration file is for New-api.
Maybe you can try it.

I hit the same issue, the librechat.yaml file example in the azure docs section isn't a full file example, only the endpoints section, you need to add a version at the top of the file...
