o1 model based agent not able to work with tools and file search

What happened?

Hi, I configured an agent with "o1" model from openAI. This agent when used without-

File search and google tool , works good.

Now I add the file search , it does not reply-

The I remove file search and add google tool -

When I add both-

Now if I use this way- hardcode the model- o1- 2024-12-17.

it works!! .

Same behavior on playground for openai

LC- v0.7.8
Rag- danny-avila/librechat-rag-api-dev:v0.5.0
Model- OpenAI's- o1 and o1- 2024-12-17.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an agent with o1.
2. Add the tools and file.
3. It fails
4. Use the model- o1- 2024-12-17.
5. Perform 2.
6. It works.

I will look into this. It's likely that streaming gets disabled for o1 specifically when using tools.
