Files cannot be deleted for openAI assistants

What happened?

The files which are uploaded to the openAI assistants cannot be deleted.

Version Information

LC- v0.7.8
Rag- v0.5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an openAI assistant
2. Upload a file to it
3. Now go to attach files and try deleting the file.
4. The file gets wiped out from the section
5. Reload the screen and it- re-appears.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Thanks for the report and for providing a video.

There are issues when you delete "OpenAI" files as you did, from the "Attach Files" panel. I can handle the case to allow deleting from the assistant afterwards, but that is the only improvement I would make. It's too involved, more than I can address at the moment, to also sync up all possibly affected assistants when deleting files via the "Attach Files" panel.

Also for what it's worth, I can't reproduce the exact issue in your stack trace error logs. This is because my "OpenAI" client is properly initialized unlike in your case. This would only happen if the Assistants API key is not provided in any way.
