[Enhancement]: Improve prompt reply formatting to better handle system prompt styling

What features would you like to see added?

This is definitely a quality of life request. I have found that LibreChat prompt response formatting returns unnecessary carriage returns. This is particularly noticeable when a listing of items and associated descriptions are returned, making readability difficult.

With explicit guidance in the system prompt for formatting, extra carriage returns are still presented. The same system prompt used in a custom GPT does a much better job honoring system prompt guidance for formatting. I do appreciate this may be a bit apples/oranges, but I thought it would be helpful for context. Example images included.
