Code Interpreter - 1 of the download file options not working

What happened?

• Using code interpreter inside agents.
• For cases where it generates a file as output, only option 1 works.
• Option 2 redirects to new tab for existing window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run agent using code interpreter (we have enterprise plan if that matters in this case)
2. Ask to generate a file.
3. Try to download using 2 options shows as in image
4. Option 1 works as expected and downloads the file.
5. Option 2 redirects to the same chat view in new window

The LLM is incorrectly making a URL reference to the file that doesn't exist (hallucination).
