Artifact Static Bundler issue

What happened?

I downloded the bundler file in this link
and run it as python python3 -m http.server 1234
when I set the domain which the server ip and try create artifact after editing the .env file
it show me timeout connection issue
don't know why !
any one faced the same issue ?

TL;DR use of HTML or Static artifacts when using self-hosted codesandbox requires separate bundler files

do you mean I need to install bundker file also ?
I followed now those steps

1. create certificate
2. install static server repo
3. edit the env file in libre chat
4. run every thing
   every thing is working now just one thing not working which is the librechat doesn't call it api at all ! don't know where's the issue exaclty

Now we have one main issue LibreChat is not rendering the artifact link that we pass
the link is workiing but inside the librechat when we configure it not working
