Agents configuration

I have two questions regarding agents:

• Is it possible to force an agent to always use a tool? For example, using Notion MCP server, I want it to always try to find a page that relates to the prompt a user sends. I've tried using Instructions field, but did not had any success.
• Is there a way to have an agent configured in config files? Asking this because I want to have a group of agents ready to use without needing to build them through LibreChat interface...

I have similar questions on agent configuration. Is bring in agent through custom endpoint the recommended way?

1. Not implemented but also not every provider will support this. OpenAI is the only one that I know of off the top of my head, but adding this option would need to be implemented still: https://community.openai.com/t/new-api-feature-forcing-function-calling-via-tool-choice-required/731488

• I would imagine you would need to add only 1 tool for it to be consistent

Regarding the point 1, isn't possible to add something like "use tool x" to prompt sent by user before processing it?
