Filtering the tools from the MCP servers

I only have a handful of MCP servers and already it's cumbersome to build agents.

The MCP server tool definitions are generic, overlapping, and quite messy. read_file is a good example as it's defined in a bunch of MCP servers.

Could we get a "filter by server" UI element near the search bar? I have some initial ideas if needed, but you probably have better ones already :)
