Preset "pinning" (default) - Preset Not Applying Consistently when set as standard

What happened?

When "pinning" a preset from the preset panel to become "standard", the preset does not consistently apply to the chat. Clicking a preset from the top bar appears to apply it, but creating a new chat causes the preset to disappear or revert to a regular chat.

1. create preset
2. "pin" preset
3. open new chat
4. observe: the preset is not enabled but should be when "pinned" as standard

It is consistently applying for me when:

• Following your "Steps to Reproduce"
• Refreshing after the preset is already "pinned"
• Navigating to an existing chat (changes to existing chat parameters), and then to "New Chat" (reset to "pinned").

Can you maybe make a video also showing the address bar, in case the query parameters are part of the problem?

Also, any model specs set as "default"? They could potentially conflict here.

Another issue I noticed while playing around with this but likely unrelated. If I try a preset for an endpoint that is no longer configured, the UI/UX makes it appear as if it applied, but on browser console, it shows an error.

No modelspecs are set with default = True
No query parameters seem to be present.

I did your steps to reproduce: navigating to existing chat and creating new chat does not reset to pinned.
It's also not a cache issue. I tried with private browser.
