In thinking model, first token after Thoughts section is not shown

What happened?

When using Deepseek R1* the Thoughts section concludes, and then the response is shown. However, the first token in the response is missing (e.g. the "Good" in "Good question" in this example screenshot).

2. Ask a question
3. The first token of the response is missing
