[Enhancement]: send the user name to the mcp before the llm call

What features would you like to see added?

What I want to do is this
Send the username of the user to my sql mcp before the llm call so when he ask the agent an specifc tables or columns gonna be showing based on the rules that I set for the user from the mcp end

More details

in other word I want to send the username of the user and return specifc columns and tables from the mcp to agent.
is there's any way that I can do this ?
