Help Unhiding Agents Functionality

I want to create an agent that can OCR a file, then use MCR to pull info from Jira/Confluence.

At some point, I apparently hid the icon for Agents and lost the ability to create them.

I have nothing in my librechat.yml that seems to be preventing it, under endpoints I have disableBuilder: false :
