How can you create differentiated user types in librechat running on my own server?

I'm running librechat effectively, and it's works like a charm.

I want to add users but I dont want them to be able to delete agents or even create new ones. I noticed there is this panel in the customization panel to the left, but i don't udnerstand how to set another user's usertype to user whilst keeping administrator to myself.

Have any of you deployed something like this?

Only the first signed up user has the admin role, or as manually updated in the database. See #3137
