Atlassian Oauth mcp server

Hi Danny thank you for the OAuth support from LC to oauth based MCP servers. 🤝 👏

I was trying the https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Atlassian-Platform-articles/Atlassian-Remote-MCP-Server-beta-now-available-for-desktop/ba-p/3022084 , https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Atlassian-Platform-articles/Using-the-Atlassian-Remote-MCP-Server-beta/ba-p/3005104 server for my LC instance. My config is as follows-

url: "https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/sse"

Now here my server faces - the-browser-pop-up to-main-screen- authorization issue. I have the logs that the browser is opening but the link of that does not open in the main UI, it does not appear on the UI and appears only in the logs when it is initializing.

Can you please share your opinions about the same....thanks !!!!

Please correct me if I am wrong-

1. Currently if the setup is like this

mcpServers:
    atlassian:
    url: "https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/sse"

then the URL for authentication is displayed in CONSOLE , I have to manually go and authenticate does not appear on browser....

for the record I did and it failed. ☹

How come the spotify one works in the PR? The authentication happens on the browser....itself....

Suggestion : We need an option to disable MCP on startup and enable on use in tools when selected, then auth on user's browser.

@mansiibm did you get it to work?

@danny-avila - i also tested atlassian mcp. My behavior is that credential flow through console works in a way that the user who is logging in through link in console will open up their mcp connection to every other user using librechat. Is that because of different design considerations in LC vs this specific mcp? I must admit I am a little lost on the current state of user based oauth flow for mcp in LC. Are we there yet? My assumption was that we do initial “app-auth” with console and then user based within UI?
