[Enhancement]: Support for Bedrock Image Generation Models

What features would you like to see added?

AWS Bedrock offers image generation models and provides a sandbox where you can prompt the models. It would be great to have this functionality included in LibreChat, as we are currently unable to use the OpenAI, Dalle or StableDiffusion image generation tools.

Would this functionality be included in the chat interface, or as a tool, similar to the OpenAI, Dalle, or StableDiffusion options?

If it should be implemented as a tool, I would like to make an attempt at implementing it.

These days, I recommend those interested in added "tool" functionality, as would be with new image generators, to design an MCP to support it. It's possible to match the functionality of our built-in image tools via MCP.
