Can I use LibreChat for my custom Agent?

Hi,
I'm looking for a nice web app like the you already have here with LibreChat, but customisable enough so that I can connect an AI Agent I have coded in a FastAPI. A query for this agent will stream and output just like OpenAI response, but also states information about what's the agent status (with information equivalent to deep research in chatgpt).
Is LibreChat appropriate for me? Will I be able to "plug-in" my FastAPI endpoints into LibreChat?

@danny-avila , thanks.Will I be able to dynamically update the frontend with the current state agent status? I want to create a visual equivalent to deep research of openai, that informs the user the progress with number of sources is using and so.
