Docker Install Instructions for Windows 10?

What happened?

Following the instructions verbatim on this page with a fresh install (first time ever actually) using Windows 10 and Docker Desktop, I try to navigate to the http://localhost:3080, I get a blank/server sent no data page.

I check the logs of Docker Desktop and see that the MongoDB node keeps restarting and this in the traceback. Not sure if it's the root cause or not:
