How to use OpenAI Responses API with pre-defined prompt and tools?

We are building a pre-defined chat which responds with answers regarding our corporate internal documentation.

We use OpenAI playground, where we created, configured and tested a prompt, and a vector store with our corporate PDF files.

It works fine in OpenAI playground, now I want to expose it to all users in our ogranization.

OpenAI playground suggests this Python code to use this pre-configured prompt.
