[Enhancement]: Disable tools from prompt bar of non-agentic endpoints and customize the models by a provider for agents

What features would you like to see added?

Hi in the latest dev-builds for non-agentic endpoints the chat bar has- tools option.

Can we disable the presence of tools from non-agentic endpoint?

Also if suppose my openAI has the models-

and for the agents I get the following only as the models available

while using agents....can the models be selected from a particular provider so that not all models are displayed and onlt the ones I require are present?

For example the list for agents should only have the gpt-4o-mini and gpt-4o and no other models from openAI....is it possible?

This will help us to customize LC to greater extent. Either I can disable tools or customize the models list will help me a lot thanks!!!
