LibreChat crash when using MCP on OpenRouter's Deepseek R1 on v0.7.8

What happened?

The entire LibreChat site would crash when we are using MCP on OpenRouter's Deepseek R1.

We tried the other Deepseek, it is working ok, and also tried other OpenRouter's Deepseek, they are "ok" but not really working like either they don't support MCP or it stops thinking in between, but OpenRouter's Deepseek R1 crashes the whole site.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose OpenRouter's Deepseek R1.
2. Connect to a MCP server.
3. Ask something that would trigger MCP.
4. Librechat crash

@danny-avila , Deepseek R1-0528 may not finish when it involves multiple MCP tools, I guess it could be Deepseek R1-0528's problem, while Deepseek R1 crash LibreChat, and that seems to be LibreChat's problem and therefore reporting the case.
