I work a lot on the introduction of AI chat applications in the business sector and often exchange ideas with colleagues and like-minded people.
The tenor is often the same: the most important factor is to integrate the company's knowledge and to be able to chat with it to create reports, queries, articles, etc.
We have been using LibreChat for a few months now and it has already been accepted okay-ish.
How do you provide business knowledge in LibreChat? I'm thinking of connectors like SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA. With general knowledge, but also tailored to the authorizations of the individual user.
We already use Entra ID as an IdP, so that would be the first step.
Nevertheless, we are also on the lookout for “more enterprise-ready” alternatives, if you can call them that, such as Zive or M365 Copilot, that can easily connect do different data sources.
