MCP Visibility Control per User

If I'm not mistaken, hiding or showing available MCPs for each user is on the roadmap — is there an estimated date for when this will be possible?

The expected functionality is that if specific users are defined for an MCP in the YAML configuration, only those users should be able to see and select that MCP. If no users are defined, then it should be visible to everyone. Is this behavior currently being worked on?
