[Enhancement]: Support Custom API endpoint for Cohere ReRanking

Hi,

I will like to request the ability to override and set a custom cohere reranking API endpoint. This is to support use cases that uses a self-managed cohere instance. For example, you can deploy cohere in Azure cloud and privately as well

This primarily affects the WebSearch feature that allows one to use cohere for reranking search results.

It should be possible to set the API endpoint for Cohere WebSearch reranking feature similar to the way one can set the Firecrawl API endpoint. Probably with an environment variable like COHERE_API_URL
