yo, yeah this 404 isn’t just you — that model's huggingface entry was probably renamed, ghosted, or never properly published 🥲
been there.

if it helps, we’ve had success bypassing these cases by manually downloading the safetensors + config and registering them locally,
then you just need to trick the loader a little — tell it you're loading a "custom local hf" model and point to the folder.

(just double check if the original model uses any nonstandard tokenizer — that’s what usually bites.)

happy to swap tips if you’re stitching in more exotic models.
sometimes huggingface URLs are more vibes than facts lol

btw — I’ve been collecting these issues into a full diagnostic map (MIT-licensed, open-source).
