[Enhancement]: Tools configurable for MCP server

What features would you like to see added?

Hi Danny , thankyou for the startup variable 🫶 . I am able to use the githubmcp server , one request can the tools from the MCP server made configurable in the yaml or backend.......this will be very helpful in restricting the tools and actions for the users. Tried passing the serverInstructions to avoid using certain tools , did not override :) .

More details

If from the yaml or as an admin certain tools can be added or omitted completely would be great.
