S3 Refreshing Inconsistent

We are seeing some inconsistencies on the S3 filestrategy and how refreshing URLs occurs.

It would appear that refreshing of these presigned filepaths are only occurring during the loading of the user files and agent avatars.

However now message attachments appear to be getting refreshed. Therefore after the expiration of those URLs, the images no longer render in conversations or in shared links.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was also impacting other places.

I'm having the same problem. The presigned URLs are constantly expiring and the default expiration time is only 2 minutes, so images basically never load. I used the S3_URL_EXPIRY_SECONDS and S3_REFRESH_EXPIRY_MS parameters to reign it in a bit, but it seems like (for example) agent avatars are absolutely never refreshed, so even when I set a longer expiration, that link is going to stay in the database forever until it inevitably expires.

We ended up transitioning back to the local file strategy and used EFS as a mechanism for shared storage across instances.
