[Enhancement]: Add "LibreChat" to the Tab/Window Title when in conversations

What features would you like to see added?

Currently the APP_TITLE only shows up when on the main screen and haven't started a new conversation.

I have browser windows open for the web based applications that i use and i use keyboard shortcuts to activate/jump to them based on their window titles. LibreChat changes the tab/window title every time you switch conversations and doesn't include the application name in the title when in a conversation.

eg:
Main Window before you've initialized a new chat:
LibreChat — Ablaze Floorp

And once you start a conversation or switch to an existing conversation:
Ansible Remote File Copy — Ablaze Floorp

My request is to add the APP_TITLE after the conversation title, as so:
Ansible Remote File Copy - LibreChat — Ablaze Floorp

This makes it possible for people to activate/switch to the window based on the title.
