[Enhancement]: Open AI Harmony format support

What features would you like to see added?

OpenAI Harmony text output is currently not rendered correctly in UI. Special tokens like <|channel|>, <|start|>, <|end|>, etc. are displayed as plain text rather than being parsed, hidden, or formatted.
