Title: Add support for SSE and HTTP-streamable endpoints in the UI

Description:

It would be very valuable to add support in the UI for interacting with streaming endpoints, particularly:

sse (Server-Sent Events)

http endpoints that return streamable content (e.g., chunked responses)

This feature would enhance real-time workflows and allow UIs and plugins to consume dynamic data or output as it arrives, rather than configure in a yaml file.

This could be useful for:

Integrating with long-running tools or APIs

Displaying incremental output or logs

Enhancing interactivity with live systems

Add native UI support to:

Handle streaming from sse endpoints

Support HTTP endpoints that stream data

Visualize and/or route partial data to the chat or plugin interfaces incrementally

Looking back at this issue, I may have misread this to mean the ability to use LibreChat lgoic via API, to access agents and configured endpoints outside of LibreChat. After reviewing the issue, it's not clear what's being asked since streaming generation is already supported.
