Customizing title prompt

What happened?

Old implementation had prompt, that requested convo title in the language of the user's message. New implementation in agents , does not have that same prompt for respecting same language as the message of the user, resulting in titles being generated in English language

not specific to git diffs but offloading this logic to agents

Steps to Reproduce

1. start new chat
2. write prompt in any non-english language
3. title will be generated in english

If you're unsatisfied with how the titles are being generated, there is now a lot more customization possible for titling.

You can even use different endpoints/models across providers now
