Azure Mistral Only Working Intermittently

What happened?

Hi there. Love what you've done with this whole project! Such an amazing product you've shared!

I've set up Azure Mistral OCR service and I have had it working correctly when I choose Upload as Text when I have a relevant model with it. I've been having problems with it and I'm now realizing it's not because of LibreChat, instead it's Azure AI serverless deployment having issues. I have a postman up right now and I will send a request, and it will work, and 5 seconds later it will return back "null" as the body, and then 5 seconds later it will work again.

I guess this is just to maybe put a note in the documentation that Azure Mistral OCR is experimental and to expect inconsistencies that are not LibreChat's fault. I don't think it's just me cause googling around it looks like others have the same issue.

Thanks for the kind words! We are improving this option so you won't even need OCR configured to "upload as text".

Oh my gosh that would be amazing! I'm secretly crossing my fingers so that pdf, docx, xlsx, pptx and other office files can be parsed as well

Out of curiosity, what's a ballpark timeline for that? Couple weeks? Couple months? Couple quarters? No rush cause you've already saved me an insane amount of time!

Hey @danny-avila I've been trying to follow changelogs and PRs on this repo and the librechat.ai docs repo, just was curious if these changes are merged into master yet?
