Pressing the 'Create Prompt' button doesn't create anything.

What happened?

Pressing the 'Create Prompt' button doesn't create anything.
The console displays the following:
POST https://xxxxx/api/prompts 403 (Forbidden)

Version Information

v0.8.0-rc3

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the side panel, click "Create Prompt" (admin panel)
2. Enter the title and content
3. Click the "Create Prompt" button

With an admin account, you need to enable permissions for users to create prompts:

403 status error means these permissions are working as intended, and you are trying to create a prompt without the necessary permissions.

When I disable this, I'm not even able to see the "Create Prompt" button, so these settings may have changed and you are signed in since they changed.

I have determined that this was not a bug but was caused by my own environment configuration (on the ALB side), so I will consider it resolved. Thank you for your help.
