File(s) "not attached" on first message, second try works though

Does or did anyone else have the issue that working with files is not working in the first message?

I'm experiencing this with various models and cannot see why, on first try, the model answers with "I'm afraid you haven't attached any documents".
But when I attach the same documents (both times from the sidebar) again and ask the same question a second time (in the same chat) it works fine.

What type of document are you attaching? Do you mind sharing it if it's not sensitive?

Sure. During the day I used other files that contained more sensitive content, but these PDFs result in the same behaviour. I also added two .txt files that seemed to be working for me, although I experienced the described issue with other .txt files as well, although they were containing code as well as SQL statements and comments, I can add the json-export but not the files due to the content.

While trying to compare the two requests in the debugger I was able to see that the file and context are in all cases part of the graphConfig here: https://github.com/danny-avila/LibreChat/blob/main/packages/api/src/agents/run.ts#L112 ... But I don't know what happens afterwards.

Although I just stumbled upon sth. that I must've missed over the day:

• Summarizing the JPA-Tutorial as well as for example the test.txt document works fine.
• Summarizing the JUnit-Tutorial alone gives an Issue on first try, but works when submitted a second time.

So it seems I'm having an issue with "malformed" files? Although I wonder why it works on 2nd try 😅
