User-uploaded files management by admin or in configuration

BACKGROUND: Our deployment system is running out disk regularily, because our users have not delete their historical attachments regularily.

WISH: so we want to know what we as maintainer can regularily delete to save as more resources as possible.

QUESTIONS:

1. What files we can delete and refresh regularity, such as docker images?
2. Do we have any channels for managing user-uploaded files?
3. If not, is this functionality available in the admin panel? I found only usage, chats, users, settings, and access controls in https://www.librechat.ai/blog/2025-02-20_2025_roadmap

if LibreChat has no solution to it currently, do you have any plan of it? About when can we get it?
