Require Login for opening shared conversations (Shared View)

Right now, shared conversations can be opened by anyone without authentication, which risks unintended information leaks. By requiring users to be logged in before accessing a shared conversation, we not only protect sensitive content but also ensure that sharing stays intentional, controlled, and traceable.

Note that this is likely not a final status, and shared convo can evolve more towards to have an RBAC concept.

this is already implemented via .env:

ALLOW_SHARED_LINKS_PUBLIC=FALSE

For some, making shared links public is acceptable like it is for ChatGPT

The current implementation doesn't redirect user to login page and only show "page not found" without login is required sign.
