[Enhancement]: consistent MCP Servers and Artifatcs UI/UX

What features would you like to see added?

1. Converts MCP Servers pull down into Artifatcs like button/pulldown. This way one can quickly "disable" all selected MCP servers.
2. When clicked again (so, not the pull down), previous selection will be "restored". Should be for Artifacts inner settings as well.

The buttons become an "enable toggle" while their "inner settings" remain persistent for consistent ux.
