[BUG] The Memory does not display in the side bar after change "disabled:" from "true" to "false"

Hi.

I am running the LibreChat in Docker. I found an issue that the Memory does not appear in the side bar again after I change "disabled:" from "true" to "false" in the memory setting. Is that a known bug or I mis-configured something. I can't find any errors in the log file as well. Thanks for any help
