Fill up doesn't work properly

The range starts at the top most cell, so fill up currently makes it look like the whole thing has been shifted upwards.

The easiest thing to do will be to add the active cell as an additional argument

I got around this by detecting if my current row number was higher than the range fromRow. When I detected that I reversed the loop. I used the code from the example for my testing.

        for (var i = args.range.toRow - 1; i >= args.range.fromRow; i--)
