Support for cameras without manual control

Would be great if this can support those less controllable cameras found in many devices. Old phones often produce quite interesting results in RAW, but Open Camera feels needlessly overloaded, while this one is exactly how I would like to see a camera app

The apps really needs cameras that reports INFO_SUPPORTED_HARDWARE_LEVEL with a value of INFO_SUPPORTED_HARDWARE_LEVEL_3 or INFO_SUPPORTED_HARDWARE_FULL.
Maybe it can work with other levels but I have no hardware to test.
But I'm open for pull requests.
