Error to convert grib data

Hi Danwild the converter give me an error:

"converter" not? recognized as a command in
an executable program or a batch file.__"

@cladocora Maybe you're using Windows. You can try to change converter\bin to converter\\\\bin

In Windows i have problems but in Linux it work.
