Does not work when Java Language Server is set to lightweight mode #13

This extension will not work if java.server.launchMode is set to LightWeight.

I'm sure there's little you can do about this based on the history of the issue it links. Just opening this in case anyone also runs into this. Thanks so much for your hard work on this extension! Other than this issue it works flawlessly.
