Description

Chatted with Bilgin and it seemed like a good first step to cleaning the initial user journey to dapr agents to make it just be the fundamentals in the quickstarts. With that in mind, I made our new quickstarts dir be the fundamentals building on each other for the best user journey and entry point to the project. I then moved everything else to the examples/ that I created with the old quickstarts readme modified to call everything there now "examples" instead of "quickstarts". I also added a note on going from quickstarts -> examples in the main readme. We need to continue iterating here but this is another step in the right direction :)

Putting as draft. I will update integration tests tomorrow for this.
