sipek через провайдер voipbuster.com #35

Hello.
I can not understand why sipek not connect to the provider voipbuster.com!
I tried to connect to this provider (voipbuster.com) through other
sip-clients, all work, but through sipek fails.
Please help, what could be the reason?
Maybe it's because of the lack of the necessary codecs?
