DRISL: it's not a strict subset of cborc #63

In the "Format" section it states:

DRISL is an application profile of CBOR ([cbor]) that subsets the more established [cborc] profile, with the following additional constraints:

It don't think that's fully correct. To me "subset" means, that everything within that subset is also valid in the superset. That's not the case here. If we define Floating point numbers as always being 64-bit (and I'm strongly in favour of that to keep things simple), then a number like 0.5 would be encoded as 0xF93800 in cborc but 0xFB3FE0000000000000 in DRISL.
