Update benchmark script to support running tall style formatter. (#1370)

You can't actually run it in any reasonable time because the new
formatter is exponentially slow on... uh... everything. But I have some
in-progress optimizations that were good enough to get through the
benchmark output and get a golden file for the expected result so I
figured out would split this change out into a separate PR.
