This is a 3 years old flutter project and i keep facing huge amout of errors because the used packages most of them are not supported any more and the sdk version i got requires null safety but the packages do not offer null safety versions. Even after deleting them off i faced .gradle version errors. So if someone can help i would be so much appreciated.

I'll agree that this is not something that the Dart team is the most qualified to help with. If the tools are working as intended, it's a matter of cleaning up dependencies and figuring out which ones you need a new version of, and which ones you'll have to drop or replace, which all depends on what the app is actually doing.
