Describe the problem

The content is not helpful for a complete beginner to coding and development using Dart.

I want to be an app developer, and despite Dart being the prime path to be one, this tutorial expects an understanding of other languages.

Expected fix

1. Do not presume everyone who visits the page has foundation in coding or development.
2. If Git cannot provide original tutorial content, a link to tutorials that Git recommends would have been helpful for beginners.
